Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Ho on November 19 1972, in London. She was the daughter of Chinese and French parents. Her family moved to Toronto Canada when she was five years old which was her residence for the last five years. She started out as Paris catwalk models before deciding to become an actress. Annuka was her first movie role. It was in Black Robe from 1991. This role was recognized with an award called the Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui Risen in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer were then followed by guest appearances as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force and Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. In 22 episodes she portrayed a pivotal character in John Woo's The Thief. The film Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was released in 2004 which is only available on DVDVHS as well as Resident Evil Apocalypse. In 2006, she was able to secure a larger character in 24 and Twenty Four and Runaway. Holt has appeared in a number of TV and film series as well as guest roles before that time she was cast in a big part on the film Hostages (2013) and also a role on Netflix's House of Cards. She played Julie Han in the US remake The Returned in 2015 and was cast in the role of the character Dr. Bethany Exner cast.
